Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the MotherMelody Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before generating your affiliate code.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn a commission for referring new paying customers to MotherMelody via a unique affiliate code or URL provided to you upon joining the Program.

2. Commissions and Payouts

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 30% commission on the net revenue (excluding taxes and refunds) of successful purchases made through your affiliate link.
  • Payout Method: Commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address in your Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed manually on the 1st of every month.
  • Minimum Threshold: You must accrue a minimum of $10.00 USD in cleared commissions to be eligible for a payout.
  • Refunds/Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any commission paid or pending for that transaction will be deducted from your balance.

3. Custom Links and FTC Compliance

As an affiliate, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines concerning endorsements and testimonials.

  • You must clearly and inconspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with MotherMelody whenever you share your tracking link.
  • Disclosures must be close to the claim/link. Examples of acceptable disclosures include "#ad", "#sponsored", or "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."

4. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To protect our brand, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program without payout:

  • Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a MotherMelody song for yourself to receive a discount.
  • Trademark Bidding: You may not bid on branded keywords such as "MotherMelody", "Mother Melody Coupon", or any confusingly similar terms in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Sending unsolicited emails, DMs, or text messages containing your affiliate link is strictly prohibited.
  • Misleading Content: You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our service.

5. Termination

MotherMelody reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination for a violation, all pending or unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
