By accessing or using MotherMelody, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MotherMelody is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create custom songs by providing prompts and lyrical inputs. The service relies on third-party artificial intelligence engines to synthesize audio.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Audio generation requires a one-time purchase processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Stripe). Because the generation process consumes non-recoverable computational resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a track has been successfully generated and delivered to your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the lyrics and prompts you input into our system. By submitting content, you grant MotherMelody a license to process and use the content solely for the purpose of generating your requested audio track. You agree not to submit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, or is offensive, illegal, or violates our community standards.
5. Copyright and Ownership of Generated Audio
Upon successful payment, you are granted standard commercial and personal usage rights to the generated audio tracks, as provided and passed through by our underlying artificial intelligence engine providers. You are free to monetize, distribute, and use the music. However, you acknowledge that because the audio is AI-generated, it may not be eligible for exclusive copyright or trademark protection in certain jurisdictions. MotherMelody acts as an interface and makes no independent guarantees regarding your legal ability to copyright the generated audio.
6. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MotherMelody, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
